Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

 

Welcome to The Snack & Smack Shop (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including ordering and purchasing baked goods from our in-home bakery. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

 

2. Orders and Payment

• All orders must be placed at least two weeks in advance.

• A 50% deposit (or full payment) is required at the time of ordering.

• Payments can be made via Wix.com invoice.

• Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

 

3. Custom Orders

• Custom orders require detailed instructions and approval before baking begins.

• Any changes to custom orders must be made at least 1 week before the scheduled pickup or delivery.

• We reserve the right to decline custom requests that cannot be fulfilled.

 

4. Pickup and Delivery

• Pickup is available at Location give upon confirmation of purchase, at the scheduled time.

• Delivery is available within The Denver Metro/ Aurora for an additional fee.

• If the customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery time, the order will be returned, and no refunds will be issued.

 

5. Food Allergies and Safety

• Our products are made in a home kitchen that may process allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs.

• While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

• Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations made at least  5 days before pickup/delivery may receive a partial refund, minus any costs incurred.

• No refunds will be issued for orders canceled within 3 days of the scheduled pickup/delivery.

• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it for resolution.

 

7. Quality Guarantee

• We take pride in our baked goods and ensure they meet our quality standards before pickup/delivery.

• If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please provide photos and contact us immediately.

 

8. Liability

• Once an order has been picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for damage due to improper handling, storage, or transportation.

• By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that our products are made in a home kitchen and agree to consume them at your own risk.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated via email.
